Here is how to clear you cache. You may need to do this if some information you have just input is not showing on the front end.
The cache clears itself automatically every hour, so this is why this may not be necessary all the time and some changes seem instant.
How to clear your cache:
Step 1: Click on the website name in the top navigation and find administration in the drop down.
Step 2: In administration, scroll all the way down to the bottom to the ‘Clear Cache’ menu
Step 3: Click and enter the clear cache selector
In the drop down, there should be at least 2 options. As a rule of thumb, we should be clearing both as either could be causing the issue.
Step 4: Click ‘clear cache now’ to be presented with the success message.
Step 5: Test it out on the front end
Go back to the front end plugin that you thought was not working, refresh the page and see how it looks now. If it is still not working, email support@jumpsuite.co.uk
